About Me: Exploring the Meaning of Life and Transformation

“Death is a change of clothes. Clothes age, then comes the time for change. So does this body age, and then comes the time to assume a new one.” – Dalai Lama Quote

What lies behind our lives? What meaning is there to discover? This quest for the Meaning of Life and Personal Transformation has always fascinated and driven me. Since my youth, many of my conversations have been counseling sessions because they revolved around these fundamental questions that never left me. Perhaps I belong in a magical world – and perhaps I already live in one…

This feeling has accompanied me for a long time. In 1986, my path led me to mental training, where I discovered unforeseen possibilities. Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) partially opened the door to this mental magic for me, while hypnosis and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) are other methods through which great things can be achieved.

Since 1994, I have been passionately accompanying people, in German and English, in their personal transformations. For me, it is fascinating, fulfilling, and meaningful. It allows me to work intuitively, creatively, spontaneously, spiritually, and solution-oriented – something that is good for my soul.

Philosophy of Philip Stul Coaching

I believe in the transformative power of spirituality, clarity in thinking, and personal development. My mission is to guide high-achieving individuals from a state of turmoil and superficial existence to a life of deep fulfillment, inner peace, and genuine presence. Utilizing a unique blend of high intuition, advanced coaching tools, and over 30 years of experience, I facilitate profound personal transformations.

When asked about the meaning of life, the Dalai Lama responds with two words: “Be happy.” In this spirit, I have trained and coached numerous people in communication, mental training, stress management, relaxation techniques, self-hypnosis, time management, methodology, didactics, meditation, and much more.

Outside my work, I enjoy long walks through the city, observing the world around me, and savoring my daily espresso, as well as occasionally indulging in mildly spiced Indian cuisine. I enjoy eating and reading – technical books as well as fantasy novels, preferably in English.

Mission Statement

Empowering high-achieving individuals to achieve profound personal and professional transformation through tailored coaching.

Vision Statement

To be the leading provider of transformative coaching, fostering deep fulfillment and inner peace.

Spiritual Guidance and Transformation

In my work, I offer spiritual guidance that is not tied to any religion. For me, spirituality means recognizing and exploring a higher consciousness. It is the belief that our lives are part of a greater cycle – that we come from a place to which we ultimately return, and that this cycle of coming and going happens continuously.

This perspective allows us to gain deeper insights into our existence and being. It offers orientation and support on the path to a more fulfilling, conscious life. Through spiritual guidance, I help you establish a deeper connection with yourself and the universe, finding inner peace, clarity, and purpose.

A significant aspect of this knowledge is that it makes dying easier. Understanding and accepting the eternal cycle of life can alleviate fears and bring peace to the process of saying goodbye. It offers comfort and reassurance to know that the end of this life is merely a transition to a new beginning.

In my previous life in this body,

I completed my high school diploma (Abitur) and, for inexplicable reasons, was a Latin ace, which I have since forgotten. After two semesters at the University of Basel, which did not meet my expectations, I began a long-term career in the travel industry in 1979, both in sales and management. This was a great time during which I met tons of exciting people and traveled extensively to the Far East, especially to Bali.

My path eventually led me to mental training in 1986 and then to NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) in 1990. I completed my training with Ed and Maryann Reese in the USA, as well as with Franz Stowasser and Chris Hall in Germany and Switzerland, earning the Trainer Certificate from the Society of NLP in 1994. That same year, I started my own business as a coach and trainer.

In December 2007, I successfully obtained the title “Diploma Adult Educator HF.”
